Our Remote Support Tool enables a qualified technician to securely connect to your computer.
STEP1: Download Teamviewer from this link.
STEP2: Navigate to where the application tool was downloaded and run/install it
STEP3: Once installed the application tool will generate a unique ID code which we require to access your computer and provide you with the support required.
NOTE: As a security protection feature, once the remote support has finished we cannot access your computer until you generate another code for us.
For customers who have purchased "hardware equipment" only then we do offer an initial support conversation free of charge, however if we are unable to help you within this call then we can provide a paid service to try and fix your problem.
All managed IT, phone system and contracted support customers will be responded to within the timeframes set out within your support agreement and tickets can be logged by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
If your fault refers to a broadband, leased line, fixed line or mobile issue then you DO NOT require a support contract and you should call 01604 589000 and speak with one of our customer support advisors.
Non supported customers who have purchased an IT or Phone System solution can still raise a ticket by emailing email@example.com and one of our technicians will contact you as soon as possible to assist and quote you a "fix" price.
If an item purchased from us via the AdEPTDirect website and develops a fault or is ordered/supplied incorrectly then in the first instance please contact our customer service team on 01604 589000 and someone will be able to assist you.
If an item is to then be returned then please go to your online AdEPTDirect account, select the product that you wish to return and then "start a return".
You cannot return an item/s without a valid authorisation number, goods returned without following the procedure will not be dealt with nor returned to you, and if not collected within 30 days will be destroyed.
